About Me

Many dentists who own practices struggle with business metrics because they haven't received formal business training. I partner with dentists to help them make data-driven decisions, improving their practice's efficiency and profitability so they can focus on patient care and their vision for their practice.

 

My career began in advertising sales then corporate training before a client situation led me into data analytics, despite lacking formal training. This unexpected shift revealed my talent for numbers, launching me into big data management in 2001.

 

In 2011, Because of my Big Data experience, I joined Henry Schein as National Pricing Analyst, gaining deep insights into dental products, procedures, and market dynamics. After five years, I advanced to Senior Operations and Marketing Specialist, where I focused on growth strategies and business reporting for top-performing multi-site clients. This role significantly enhanced my understanding of the dental business.

 

After an intentional and thoughtful transition, I moved to my current role in 2019. Becoming a Dental Sales & Consulting Professional has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life, and I genuinely love what I do. Today, I possess a unique skill set that offers exceptional benefits to my clients. I collaborate with Practice Owners to develop solutions to best fit the individual practice's needs.

 

 

I am married with 2 daughters of my own and 3 step-children. I’m an empty nester, a bit of a foodie (despite dietary restrictions - gluten), I spend time in community work through my church, and I take lessons and now compete in Ballroom & Latin Dancing.  I also support my husband with the strategic initiatives as an advisor of our health and safety training company, Langlois Safety Training & Consulting. Which we’ve grown together over the past 7 years from a part time consulting and training company to Niagara’s Largest Health and Safety Training Provider and Consulting Firm.
